The House passed Joe Biden's Build Back Better plan by a 220-213 vote, with no Republicans joining. The bill must now go to the Senate for final passage before the president can sign it into law which he is expected to do so next month.
In her “Dear Colleague" letter, Speaker Pelosi writes:

Apple Announces Self Service Repair
Beginning in early 2022, Apple will release more than 200 individual parts and tools for device repairs.
Customers will receive credit towards future purchases if they return old and used parts to Apple for recycling.
